Model making

After decide the final design, It's time to start model making.

After i decide to use rubber material, i went to a lot of toys shops to get a suitable size and conditions rubber ball. I bought a lot of wrong ball also.......

Then, I try to use Thermal Vacum Forming Machine in college.

Unfortunately, It is still too hard for me.
The finishing also not as good as I use others way.

At the end, I chosen the rubber ball below as my final model material.

But there was a smile face on it.

I try to use paint cover it but spray paint will affect the rubber effect.

Spray paint and Acrylic color could not stay on rubber surface also.

So, I use sand paper to sand it.

AND, IT'S WORK! but it lose its shining effect....but it's ok.

This is another part of my design.

I need it to be transparent rubber effect so I chosen this kind of toy.

Cut it and take out those things inside.
