MINOR PROJECT: Aid Products

The Project Aims
·         To design an innovative aid product that enhance the quality of today life.
·         To develop an aid product in a simple and creative way.

 
The Objective
·         To justify the market position and value of aid products.

The Brief

Aid Products are indispensable in every household. Protecting us against further injuries, avoiding our wounds getting worse, giving us timely medical care. So, the design of aid product should be easy to use. Sometimes, the wound is on the back so that we could not cure yourself. Moreover, the size of wound maybe will different with the aid products size.

This minor project will explore the problem of aid product and find out the solution. Aim to design and develop an innovative, practical and helpful aid product.

The Task
Present an aid product which is comply the criteria:
·         enhance the quality of contemporary life
·         ergonomics
·         rational production costs
·         environmentally friendly production process
·         significant design improvement

 
The Submission Requirements
·        A3 design report with spiral bound containing research, sketch, development work, technical detailed drawing and design process journal.
·         Up to 4 x A3 Size Presentation Board / Power Point Presentation Slide that able to present the design clearly.
·         3D sketch models and final design prototype.
·         A digital animation / video to demonstrate the design idea.
·         A digital copy of design process report and overall design process development to be submitted via Dropbox facility on NOW.
